Army and Other Forces Don’t Require NOC Now In J&K To Acquire Land:Circular

J&K Land Acquisition:As per the new order of Jammu and Kashmir Govt has withdrawn 49 year old circular and forces including army and other paramilitary forces no longer require any NOC to acquire any land in Jammu and Kashmir.
As per new circular forces have been given liberty to acquire land without NOC and don’t need any no objection certificates from various departments.
