In response to these allegations, the Hakeem Mohammad Ashraf Lone along with members of Dawa Saaz Association Sopore held a press conference in Sopore, where he vehemently denied all accusations. Addressing the media, he stated, “All the allegations against me are baseless. I am a registered Hakeem and have been practicing for the last 25 years. This is the work of an individual who has a personal vendetta against me.”
The Hakeem expressed deep distress over the impact of the video on his personal and professional life. “The video not only defamed me but has also left my entire family in shock. The stress has been so overwhelming that I contemplated suicide along with my family members,” he revealed.
