Taking a decisive step towards strengthening student development and academic preparedness in Kashmir, Saddam KIE (S.K.I.E ). today announced the launch of SATHE 1.0 (2025) — Saddam KIE (S.K.I.E ) Annual Talent Hunt Exam, along with the introduction of Kashmir’s first All India Test Series (AITS) for NEET, in collaboration with SARTHI+, a nationally recognised academic assessment platform.
The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Corporate Office of Saddam KIE (S.K.I.E ) in Parraypora, Srinagar, in the presence of representatives from the regional media.

SATHE 1.0 (2025): A Student-Centric Academic Initiative
SATHE 1.0 (2025) has been designed as a student-first, merit-based academic initiative, aimed at identifying and nurturing deserving students from Foundation Classes (8th–10th), Class 11th and 12th, and NEET / JEE aspirants across Kashmir.
The initiative focuses on early academic assessment, clarity of direction, disciplined preparation, and structured counselling, enabling students and parents to make informed decisions at critical academic stages.
“SATHE 1.0 (2025) marks the beginning of a long-term academic movement in Kashmir. Our aim is to provide structure, confidence, and guidance to students when it matters the most,” said the management of Saddam KIE (S.K.I.E )
Based purely on merit, scholarships up to 100% will be awarded. No cash rewards are involved, underscoring the initiative’s focus on education, discipline, and long-term growth.

AITS for NEET — First Time in Kashmir
In a landmark step, Saddam KIE (S.K.I.E ) in collaboration with SARTHI+, has introduced an All India Test Series (AITS) for NEET, enabling Kashmiri students to benchmark their preparation against national-level competition while continuing their studies within the Valley.

Through AITS, NEET aspirants will be able to:
Measure their performance against aspirants across India
Experience real exam-level difficulty and structure
Identify national ranking and preparation gaps
Develop exam temperament and reduce exam-day anxiety
This initiative bridges a long-standing gap in providing Kashmiri students access to authentic, national-standard assessment platforms.

SATHE 1.0 (2025) – Phase 1 Exam Details
The Phase 1 SATHE 1.0 (2025) examination will be conducted on 7 December 2025 at the following centres:
Parraypora, Srinagar (Head Office)
Rajbagh, Srinagar
Soura, Srinagar
Anantnag
