Traders hailing from district Kupwara giving reactions after extension of lockdown from 15th to 25th July. While talking to Kashmir Crown, Traders Federation President Trehgam Mohd Maqbool Shah said, “We will not get success untill people will not follow SOP and if cases will increase like this then this is going to hit us badly.”

Another businessman from Kralpora area while talking to Kashmir Crown said that “we lost everything and in upcoming days if lockdown will continue then all the turnovers will decrease”.

After 5th of August there has been a lockdown and businesses had to go through a very bad hit. That situation was not in our control and we could not do anything about it.

We all know this pandemic is also not in our control but if public can follow the SOP and take precautions it can prevent the high spike of positive cases. Public has to take precautions for preventing spread of this pandemic to the minimum, so that situations doesn’t arise to go for complete lockdown again and again. So we have to follow the SOP which can help in running our trade and the government has to be strict with public to follow the SOP.
