How can we effectively manage the overwhelming number of patients seeking financial assistance for medical treatment from Kashmir Crown, considering the immense pressure from thousands of patients across Kupwara, Kulgam, Poonch, and Doda, while also ensuring self-regulations and necessary documentation, such as permissions from DCs, court affidavits, and letters from MLAs, are in place?
