The woman, found to be in an unsound mental state, was initially brought to OSC Ganderbal, where she mentioned that she was from Kupwara. However, her exact residential address and family details remained unknown. Understanding the urgency of the situation, OSC Ganderbal entrusted her to OSC Kupwara for further investigation and rehabilitation.
Upon receiving her, the OSC Kupwara team immediately sprang into action. Through meticulous efforts, community outreach, and swift coordination, they successfully identified her home town as Hayan Trehgam, Kupwara and traced her brother, Muhammad Subhan Gojri.
Within just two hours and 30 minutes, the team ensured her safe handover to her family, bringing an emotional and long-awaited reunion. Her brother expressed immense gratitude to OSC Kupwara for their relentless dedication in bringing his sister back home.
