As per the news agency Kashmir Scroll Tarun Chugh a senior leader of BJP said that this award recognizes Modi’s exceptional contributions to promoting a special and privileged strategic partnership between Russia and India, and fostering friendly relations between the people of both countries.
Russian President Vladimir Putin personally conferred this award, highlighting the depth of the bilateral ties under Modi’s leadership,he said.
