Karnah: District Adminstration Kupwara on Tuesday airlifted three patients from Keran Sector of District kupwara for advanced medical treatment as road to the area is under closure for over two weeks now.
It’s pertinent to mention that, Keran Sector is cut from main town Kupwara for two weeks since the spell of heavy snowfall closed the only road connecting the area.
Locals said that last night a pregnant lady after giving birth to a baby died.
DC kupwara claimed that the lady was not in the list of the requisition they had received.
“She had died of naturally,” DC said.
