Baramulla, April 17: The local residents in Tilagam Pattan and other Adjoining Villages are exasperated over Jio’s poor mobile Connectivity.
The locals said that the poor network amid low internet speed in the entire area is giving the enormous hardships to the people living in the locality.
Mohd Saleem Mir , a local resident from the area told Kashmir Crown that, “We have been suffering badly due to frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity due to the weak network in the area. ”
He said that many subscribers have raised complaints with the company’s representative via helpline numbers but nothing has been done by the officials to ease the hardships of the people living in the area.
Meanwhile another resident Amir Nazir told that people of the area are regularly complaining in customer care and every time they are saying a team of technical staff will be sent to the area to check the issues, however after hundreds of complaints nobody has visited here to look at the issue.
The residents appealed the concerned authorities to look into the matter.
Despite Repeated Attempts Officials Of Jio Telecom Company Could Not Be Contacted For Comments As They Didn’t Recieve Repeated Phone Calls.
