People urge telecom operators to intervene in the matter

Baramulla, Feb 10: Residents of Namblan village of Baramulla district in north Kashmir today expressed strong resentment against authorities for failing to provide them the proper network connectivity.
They said both Jio and Airtel failed to provide a better network to the area despite their tall claims and said the most of the time their mobiles remaining without a network.
Umar Manzoor a local told that they are facing many problems in absence of the proper mobile network and said we have put our mobile phones on 2g mode to get the voice calls.
He further said that the education of their children are getting affected as they are unable to access the internet services, and said the tall claims of these network operators have been proven flat on the ground.
People of the area said they are regularly complaining in customer care and every time they are saying a team of technical staff will be sent to the area to check the issues, however after hundreds of complaints nobody has visited here to look at the issue.
“We raised our issue to concerned Airtel and Jio officials several times but our pleas are being fell deaf ear by the concerned officials.
The officials are not ready to listen due to which we have to suffer a lot and now we request the authorities to look into the matter as soon as possible and helps us to put an end to our problems.
