Nocturnal CASO Launched In North Kashmir’s Wanigam Pattan Area

Baramulla,December 08: Government forces on Tuesday evening launched a Cordon and Search Operation at Wanigam Bala village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Officials told Kashmir Crown , that a joint team of Army’s 29RR, and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Kreeri police laid a siege at Wanigam village of Pattan On Tuesday Evening.

A police officer said that the Cordon and Search Operation was launched following inputs about the movement of some suspected militants.

All the entry and exit points of the area were sealed by Government forces.
However, search operation was going on when this report was filed.
