My opinion on JK politics is that we’ve come a long way and it’s time to enlighten our people with the truth, rather than keeping them in the dark. The intense competition of lies between parties has led to a culture of deceit, which is detrimental to future generations. It’s disheartening to see ordinary people pin their hopes on these falsehoods and discuss them on the streets, believing we can reclaim what was lost due to our own leaders’ blunders. We must promote truth and transparency.
The history of deception in Kashmir runs so deep that it’s challenging to have a rational conversation with ordinary people about the reality on the ground. Many have been misled to the point where they revere politicians as infallible, which is far from the truth. I urge everyone to separate fact from fiction and focus on what’s achievable, rather than getting caught up in unrealistic promises and political rhetoric.
