Bandipora, Sep 10:The male body of 45 year old man Hussain of khatana a resident of pethkoot Bandipora was recovered in Wullar-Lake at Laharwapora area of north kashmir’s Bandipora in the wee hours of this morning
An official said that the body of missing man has been found in laharwal pora area of Bandipora along wullar lake.
The man was drowned while grazing cattles in zalwan area of Bandipora and was missing from 9 days , however intensified searches were conducted to trace the missing but after 09 days the body float up himself and the locals of laharwal pora area of Bandipora found body floating on water in the wullar lake
The body has been taken to District hospital Bandipora for legal medical formalities and then the body will be handed over to legal heirs for last rites, he added.
Police has registered a case in this regard and investigations have been taken up.
