Bandipora, Sep 03 : A 45-year-old man while grazing cattles in grass lands of zalwan area on the banks of wullar lake suddenly slipped in a water channel leading to wullar and drowned on Wednesday evening.
However , the rescue operation was launched very quickly as soon as news came of but the efforts to trace out the drowned one don’t over and operation was continued till late evening today.
An official told —that a man identified as Hussain Ahmad Khatana, son of Makhna Khatana of Tanghat Pathkoot slipped into Wullar Lake near Zalwan area of Nassou.
The family members of the victim and scores of locals are on the banks of wullar waiting for missing to trace out.
The Search operations were on till this report was filed.
