In the ongoing four stage race, today Akbar bagged third place in first stage.
Akbar received a medal and cash prize of 15k.
President Jammu and Kashmir Cycling association Mr Ravinder Ravi(KAS) and secretary SS Gill hailed Akbar Khan for this achievement.
