Over Hundreds of tourists were stranded on the Chandilora-Gulmarg road, which became the slipper after the heavy snowfall in the area.
Vehicular movement was completely choked as more than one-foot deep snow have piled up on the road.
The police party led by SHO Tangmarg Sadat Ali Kachoo swung into the action and provides helping hand to the standarded tourists.
Meanwhile tourists from various countries hailed the efforts of Station house officer Tangmarg and his team.
