I am grateful and thankful to the Central government led by PM Shri Narendra Modi ji for the biggest gift to the valley especially the district Ganderbal.

The Z-Morh tunnel. It is part of the Zojila tunnel project that aims to provide all weather connectivity from Srinagar to Ladakh throughout the year. While the tunnel would give all-weather connectivity to Sonamarg health resort in the Valley, it is essential for all-weather connectivity to Ladakh. Thereby boosting tourism inflow to Sonamarg and Ladakh throughout the year. It is the biggest gift to people of Ganderbal especially the areas in proximity of Sonamarg and to all the people who have to visit Leh, Kargil throughout the year. It will serve as a key development in the area that will benefit tourists as well as locals. I congratulate people of Ganderbal for achieving another milestone of development. I thank to all other agencies who were involved directly and indirectly in making this project successful.
