District police Baramulla while continuing its war against drug mafia arrested four suspected persons at old town Baramulla and on their disclosure six packets of narcotic drugs ( cocaine like substance ) weighing about six Kg’s were recovered from their possession. The persons were identified as
1. Bilal mir s/o Ghulam mohammad mir R/o gulnar park
2. Rafiq sofi S/o Mohammad shahban R/o syed karim
3. Tariq bhuroo S/o Abdul Rashid Bhuroo R/o Azad gunj
4. Shabir Ahmad Mir S/o Haibullah Mir R/o Ahan Ganderbal
In this regard case fir No 160/2020 u/s 8/21-29 NDPS Act stands registered in police station baramulla and investigation taken up. This is the biggest recovery of the year while deal with the menace of the durg peddling.
