BSNL tower defunct in Kreeri and Tapper Baramulla

PDD Cuts Power supply of Tower as BSNL Authorities fails to deposit 500’000 of Electricity bill

Kreeri, 27 DEC:A mobile telecommunication tower of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is defunct in Kreeri and Tapper
The residents of Kreeri area told tower was beneficial for thousands of subscribers spread in and outside the village including Kreeri ,Tapper Dolipora ,Tilgam, Watergam ,Karewa Waripora and Khesipora.
However they said that the tower got defunct since last week and since then no one from BSNL is bothering to make it operational.
“Thousands of people are directly getting affecting due to defenct BSNL Tower. The students are the worst hit but concerned authorities are not showing any interest .
Sources told that more than 400’000 Rupees is outstanding of power Bills against BSNL Tower which they have failed to deposit , which compelled PDD to Cut the Power Supply.

Residents of Kreeri and Tapper areas appeal concerned authorities to take note of the issue and make the tower functional as soon as possible.RNA
