Sakshar bahrat employees association Kupwara protests in Kupwara For their Long Pending demands and other Job related issues

The SAAKSHAR BHARAT MISSION (SBM) (Adult skilled Development Programme) has been launched in 2009 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India across the country including J&K simultaneously the state literacy mission (SLMA) has been constituted in 2010 and notified inviting application for the recruitment of preraks, Block Coordinators, Distt. Coordinators purely based on merit at Panchayat levels, Block levels, Distt. Levels are issued through proper procedure after duly constituted committees viz. DDC, CEO DIET, ZEO and are performing our duties with dedication and devotion in respective schools/AEC’s from last 6 to 7 years under the supervision of concerned DIET PRINCIPALS/ZEO’s, HEADMASTERS. The main objective of the scheme is to provide basic and continue education with the special focus on female folk. The motive of the said scheme is to make our Country /state of Jammu and Kashmir a Literate society as illiteracy continues to be a big concern in our state.
