Rotary Club Of Rajouri Grand held Installation ceremony.

Rajouri: Installation ceremony of the new team of Rotary Club of Rajouri Grand was held on Saturday in Tariq College of Education Dassal Rajouri . The function was held under the close supervision of assistant governor Rtn GS Sodhi, where as Rtn PS Jaggi pressided over the function and Rtn Adeep Mehta was the guest of Honour . The new club with 45 charter members is the which includes Rtn Lokesh Bakshi as charter President, Rtn Umesh Sharma as charter Secretary of Rotary Club Rajouri Grand. While taking the responsibilities as the new charter president Rtn Lokesh Bakshi told that its the first ever Rotary club who has 45 members at the charter of the club. Lokesh seemed rather happy even as friends kept congratulating him. Rtn Lokesh said that , “I’m really delighted because I now have a chance to give back something to the society.
In his message Rtn PS Jaggi urged the new body to execute service projects and motivate more number of young leaders to join the Rotary’s family. While Rtn Lokesh Bakshi , pledged that he would continue the good work done by his predecessors in executing matching grants project, extending support to students and women and contributing to the Rotary International’s effort to foster global peace. Meanwhile taking responsibilities of charter secretary Rtn Umesh said that together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Later a plantation drive was also held at Colleges premises where in many new plants were planted and all the members pledged to take proper care of the green wealth.
